Career-pivot from AWS / Azure architects: PCA is doable in 2–3 months with hands-on GCP exposure. Without prior cloud architect experience, plan 4–6 months. Free $300 GCP credit + Cloud Skills Boost labs cited as essential.

Time pressure intense — 16 questions / 120 minutes on a real cluster. Familiarity with kubectl, vim, falco rules, AppArmor profiles, and CIS benchmark fixes essential. Pure conceptual study insufficient — hands-on lab time non-negotiable.

Most-recognized IT service management cert globally. Particularly strong in EU enterprise / government / managed-services shops. Often required or preferred for ITSM analyst, service desk lead, change manager roles.

Foundation level is genuinely easy — ~25–40h prep, 60-question multi-choice, 65% pass score. ITIL 4 (current) replaced "processes" with "practices" and added agile/DevOps integration. Older ITIL v3 study materials misleading.
